Slightly ashamed to post this, but I’m convinced Glee is slowly taking over the World. I wonder how many times, and at how many stops they did this on the one day.

If it was on a weekend the target market/demographic would have been completely different and probably more effective. It just seems to be commuters. Though Oxford Circus was a great choice of stop.

I’d give this a B minus, partly because of the location and they can actually sing.

Leith Records Launch Party

Friday (26th Feb ‘10) saw the official launch night for Leith Records. Held on the spectacular floating arena that is the Mary of Guise, Leith’s barge, it was packed to the rafters with journalists, staff members and three great acts. A great effort by the Leith Records team - Claire, Kenny, Chris, Jim, Kirsty and Mikey (not pictured).

DJ Monterey Jack got the music flowing down the Water of Leith with a great soundtrack to the night.

While, Over The Wall kicked the live music off with a great set. Gav Pretice and Ben Hillman best describe their work as euphoric pop. And it was anything but watery.

And Epic 26 headlined the event with their fast paced indie dance beats, which really got the boat rocking.

It was a great night had by all, a great start for our side project. Hopefully there will be many more nights like this to enjoy.
